When I was a kid I used to play basketball, which required me to have specific footwear to practice it. The family economy at that time did not allow my parents to buy me more than one pair for year. That meant that regardless of whether I was for going to school, visiting my grandparents, training or playing a match, I had to wear always my sneakers at all the times.

I remember when they were new, every day in the afternoon when I got home I cleaned them with a damp cloth, but after the weeks and months, a rag was not enough. My mother, who has been always a woman of resources, then managed to wash my sneakers in the washing machine at home, protecting them with blankets or old towels that she kept for that function. At that time it was something very unusual to do, since we are talking about the early 90s and the result compared to cleaning footwear by hand was spectacular. Your sneakers could already have several months of use that, after that machine wash, the footwear seemed to shine like brand new.

This was the inspiration that led me for years to think about designing a footwear laundry bag that would cover this need for an efficient and comfortable way to use, that offered professional characteristics in its function and that was available to people.
